Hello, I’m Joy Carroll and I’m a graduate of Howard University, School of Radio, TV, and Film.  I’m a technical writer, playwright and screenwriter in the Washington, DC area.  I also host a international radio show called Joyful Noise with Sister Joy on Highest Praise Radio.  I hope you will listen and be encouraged and enlightened.
